Here is the central question behind the story which I am linking to:

"If a person pays for an advertisement though a state subsidized entity which voices a particular opinion - and was denied the ability due to the contraversial nature of the that opinion; while someone of an opposite opinion was allowed to run their advertisement, would that be a violation of the first person's rights?"

That appears to have happened to an Atheist group in Iowa. They ran their advertisement on the state subsidized bus line, and the advertisement was quickly pulled - while no religious advertisement has ever been pulled.

The following links outline the story:

If you have an opinion about the thesis question about, I would like to hear it. It apears to me that the group's constitutional rights have been violated.
