Gather signatures at Forest Hills T stop

We're going to try gathering signatures at the Forest Hills T stop during the evening commute on Thursday, May 19th, approximately 4:30pm-6:30pm.

In the past, I've had good look at bus stops. I can walk around and give people something to read while they wait, then come back for a second pass and get their signatures.

We chose Forest Hills because:
- It's busy
- It has a high proportion of Boston residents
- Many people come out of the T and wait for a bus

Let's see how effective this turns out to be.
